The administration of Rouses Point consists of the Office of the Mayor and 4 Trustees. It is the responsibility of the Village Board to run the village government, including legislation, budget, and hiring.

Village Board meetings are held on the first and third Mondays of each month promptly at 7:00 P.M. in Halstead Hall, located in the Civic Center at 39 Lake Street, Rouses Point, NY unless otherwise noted. The dates for the 2007-2008 fiscal year meetings are :
